Name: Nichole Matthews-Koris
Age: 33
Race: Human/Andalite (Appears human)
Gender: Female
Personality: She's the type that, while she would love to tell you exactly what you can do with -insert object/offer here-, will smile and shake her head. She's selectively dependent, meaning that most of the time she doesn't like to have people offer their help. She tried to become more aggressive, but it never came completely to fruition.
She's into sci-fi, fantasy, and pretty much anything that may or may not have anything to do with reality. Do not get her started on Star Trek. You have been warned.
Appearance: Standing at about 5'2", this strangely flexable woman is built like the perverbial brick house. Her curly brown hair is currently cut short and almost always tied back with a blue ribbon.
She wears no wedding ring on her finger, since her husband doesn't quite understand the necessity, and instead wears her old promise ring in its place.
She often dresses in jeans and t-shirts when she is out and about, but dresses in slacks and a nice shirt for work.
Family: If an original character and not the Animorphs or their children, who are their family?
Relation: Her parents are Cahrorli-Illurid-Maratew (Charles Matthews) and Lynn Matthews. Her husband is Illriok-Koris-Umalog, Traycor's wrestling coach.
She has two children: Christopher Matthews-Koris (5) and Maori-Koris-Illurid (2).
Background: Having grown up with an Andalite as a father in England, Nichole was used to hearing things about how great the Andalite race was, ect. She was also exposed to a lot of technology that no human had seen before, like the blue box.
One of the only reasons she has the morphing power is because she discovered it one day in her father's drawer while looking for cool coins that her father collected when she was about seven. Fearful and embarrassed when it shocked her, she kept the event to herself. When she was about twelve, she accidentally aquired and morphed her siamese. It was then that she confessed to having found the blue box and held it multiple times. Her father, realizing that nothing could be done, told her that she was only to use it in an emergency.
He then explained about the war with the Yeerks and about what they could do. However, the Yeerk movement wasn't terribly strong at that point, so Cahrorli was unaware of it at the time, since he had not communicated with his people in years.
Then two years after, she got sent to a boarding school. An American boarding school.
She lived with her cousin, a voluntary Controller, for most of her time during the war. Her father ended up finally getting the long-awated transfer shortly before the war ended. He was not a happy camper when he found out what his daughter had been doing.
But that was then.
Now, she is known as one of the first humans to attend an Andalite school, where she met her husband of eight years.
She is one of the top Xenobioligists, but she prefers to spend her time teaching children or wrangling her own. And showing up some of her husband's wrestling team.
She is also one of the first humans to produce an Andalite child, since only about one out of every six manages to survive the demorphing process, and one out of two of those few are able to survive off of the human neutreants. Needless to say, when Nichole found that out, she decided that one Andalite child was enough. She couldn't deal with a miscarrage. Or, at this point, more children.
RP sample:
A big forest meant an empty forest. An empty forest meant she could morph her dad, something she technically was only suppose to do when threatened or encountering other Andalites. A sort of attempt to hide the fact that the outcast had given his human daughter the ability to morph.
But she didn't care. Her father wasn't here, and neither was anyone else.
She stripped down to her black dance leotard, which she had put under her jeans and t-shirt, and began the morph.
Soon, she was running through the forest at top speed, leaping over branches and cutting down a few that were in her way.
Then, she accidentally hit a fairly large branch with her tail. A branch that was just a bit too big for her to take off. Unfortunately, her tail-blade was imbeded into the tree, and morphing would only result in horrible pain and a not-so-fun feeling of being lifted up into the air and plumeting to the earth when the blade was finally dislodged.
She frowned. Fortunately, the iPod, which she had brought with her, was capable of telling time. She had about an hour before she either had to demorph to dislodge herself or be stuck as her father.
She really was hoping it would not come to that.
Did you read the rules? If you did answer this question. What is the most important rule?
