Amy Lona rubbed her face with her hands. This case was going nowhere fast. It was a murder case, and she was working for the defendant, who claimed she didn't murder her husband. All the evidence was pointing towards her. Amy Lona packed up her belongings and decided to call it a night. Yawning, she stretched and grabbed her cell phone. She dialed her husband's phone number and waited for him to answer.

Marco was at home, just getting ready to start on supper. He didn't mind being the one who did most of the cooking, he'd gotten used to that during his father's depression after his mother's supposed death. He was just going over the possibilities for the meal when the phone began to ring. He swept up the reciever for the chordless seeing his wife's cell number on the caller id.
"Hey, hon." He grinned brightly as he answered.

"Hey, Baby. How are you doing tonight?" Amy placed a hand on her desk and leaned against it, feeling like she was about to fall asleep. She didn't know why. It was right when she usually headed home.

Marco gave a grin that his wife couldn't see, she was sure t hear it in his voice however, "I'm great. Even better now that you called. You gonna be home for dinner?"
If she would be home, he thought he might make something special.

Hearing his tone caused Amy to smile even more. "Yes, my dear, I am coming home for dinner tonight. This case is really going nowhere. I think she may have actually killed the man." She grabbed her purse. "I'm heading out now. Need me to grab anything?"

"Hmmm....stop and pick up some wine." He replied, still smiling brightly. He would make spaghetti and meatballs, with garlic bread, and a nice wine would be just the thing to make it perfect. The girls of course would NOT be drinking the wine.

Amy smiled, and said, "Wine? Now, the kids wouldn't be getting any, would they? You know how Eva can be..." She chuckled softly.

"Of course not!" Marco feigned indignance at the question, as though she shouldn't dare to ask him, "What kind of dad do you think I am?"
He let out a chuckle and began pulling the ingreiants from the cupboards.

"Honey, I think you are a marvelous Dad. Did you ever talk to Eva about that detention?" She smiled, fully aware of the answer.

"Yeah." Marco replied, though the talk had been more of a 'I got into trouble at your age too but...' and then alot of joking. He dug the grouond meat out of the freezer and began the messy process of mushing it in with other ingrediants, the phone perched between his cheek and shoulder.
"I don't know where she gets it from," He joked.

Amy Lona fished for her car keys. "C'mon, where are you?" Though she nearly laughed about Marco talking to Eva. "And what did you two talk about? Never mind, don't answer that." "Ah hah! She finds them and the keys lose this match!" She yelled out. "Sorry. Long day."

Marco let out a laugh at his wife's antics. Her sense f humor was one f the things he loved about her, an yet she had a serious side as well. Which he did to, of course...it just didn't show as often. He started rolling the meat into balls, "Those keys didn't stand a chance against Lawyer Woman!"

Amy grinned at Marco's joking. "Ha, ha, and a bonus ha. Yes, I stole that from you." She opened the door, and said, "SO, wine and that's it? What, should I leave it on the doorstep?"

"Well, of course I need someone to drink the wine with," He joke with a grin, putting the meetballs in the oven to bake while he began work on the sauce, "Any ideas on who might be up for a night with a ridiculouosly good looking, remarkably charming, and fantastically witty man?"

Amy smirked and said, "I could give the agency a call. What type of woman do you want?"
